Facetology is one of Indonesia’s largest skincare corporations. As the sole Data Engineer, I built the company’s data infrastructure and internal automation solutions to support multiple brands and business teams.

• Designed and maintained automated data pipelines using Airflow to ingest, validate, and transform data from APIs, CSV/Excel files, Google Sheets, SharePoint, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrated data across e-commerce, finance, marketing, sales, supply chain, and internal operations to enable centralized and consistent analytics.
• Architected and implemented a lakehouse architecture on AWS, leveraging S3 for storage, AWS Glue for transformations, and Amazon Athena for ad-hoc querying.
• Implemented reverse ETL workflows using Apache Iceberg, syncing curated datasets back into Odoo to support operational and transactional use cases.
• Built and delivered analytics dashboards using Metabase, enabling data-driven decision-making across business teams.
• Developed automation tools and Chrome extensions that reduced repetitive manual work and streamlined operational workflows for non-technical users.
• Owned the end-to-end data lifecycle, including pipeline design, data architecture, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with IT teams on infrastructure alignment.

Dattabot is a leading Big Data Analytics firm in Indonesia. Responsible for end-to-end data engineering across multiple client projects.

• Extracted and processed data from diverse sources including web scraping, APIs, and PDFs, handling formats such as JSON, CSV, and Parquet.
• Built scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Lambda, Apache Airflow, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Managed and optimized relational (PostgreSQL), graph (Neo4j), and in-memory (Redis) databases to support complex analytical workloads.
• Designed efficient and normalized data models, defining entities and relationships to reduce redundancy and improve query performance.
• Performed data cleansing, transformation, and large-scale analysis using Pandas, PySpark, and SQL.
• Developed interactive dashboards in Tableau to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) application using LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search to enhance information retrieval and analysis.
